throwin rocks in fremont [Liam]
so apparently it's ok to bowl now... in fact Cloverleaf is jumping the fuck off on monday nights now. if you're not familiar, it's the bowling alley in the irvington part of fremont, next to subway sandwiches and a porn shop (do NOT order anything with mayo).
seriously, though, wow! i've never seen so many high-school age filipino kids getting their bowl on... it's way surprising. I thought bowling was all about like old white people or something. but i mean i guess the kids from fremont high schools gotta go somewhere til they're old enough to drink, also a bunch of logan alumni are always around (this sampling is taken largely from the monday night's i've been... $2 games w00t). I even got to see a bunch of serious bowlers practicing their shit, I love how some of them have like wheel/handle suitcases with like 4 balls (is that for reload efficiency or different approaches?). there was this one asian kid with a shaved head and matching b-ball type fits straight taking down spares from the seating area as a warm up, i was like 'wow at least i don't have to play him in cs'... i'll take my victories where i can get them.
[needless to say, i've been bumming around hardcore in the tri-city area lately... in related news i made commish rank on the newpark mall "Tilt" arcade Police Trainer game, so if you stop through peep LBO WAS HERE on the high score list]
