I woke up this morning with about 20 insect bits on each arm and a load on my neck. This evening I investigated and found a colony of these in the wood of my bed:
NO GOOD!! I don't think I can emphasize this enough.
I went to work feeling like the kid with lice. Probably no one wanted to sit next to me. What sucks is that not only is it Abosultely Disgusting, it also brings up questions about my hygene. Though everything I've read has confirmed that it has nothing to do with cleanliness. Also, there have been problems with bedbugs in other units in this building. I'm going to take the day off tomorrow to work on eradication (Actually, just making sure that it didn't get to the rest of my stuff, throwing away affected areas, and just making sure that they don't come with me when I move to another apartment on Saturday.)
If I wasn't happy about moving before, I am now. Sheesh.

Haha :-) The bedbugs got you! Do you have to be quarantined or anything like that? Maybe I should stay at least 5 feet away from you next time we meet. Do those lil' critters jump like fleas?
ps I've heard you have to dispose of the entire bedding and mattress to get rid of them...but don't take my word for it. On the plus side, that probably means that the bugs have nothing to do with your hygiene.
