Two birds, one stone:

2.Firefox. It actually bothers me a little bit when cntl-t does nothing for me when I'm on a computer with explorer. I'm glad that the powers that be have no problems with it on my machine at work. Or at least I'm guessing that it's alright since the IT guy has used it on my computer with no objections.

While I don't know who you are I totally agree with you...since starting to use Firefox a lot recently , going back to IE and watching it do nothing when I push ctrl - T is rather frustrating :).
