Amy's First Business Trip! [amy]
I spent last Wednesday night in
Whooooo!!!!
Highlights include:
-Getting picked up at 6:00 am (bad)
-Donuts and coffee (good)
-Probably got a decent dose of asbestos into my system (bad)
-Adventuring in an abandoned building that is big enough to get lost in all Indiana-Jones style (mostly good)
-Trying to get the "sleep number" to match on both sides of the hotel room bed, unsuccessfully (meh)
And said my mid-forties, mother of two, co-worker on the way home in our rental car:
"I feel like we're the away team going back home in the shuttle pod. And if that's the case, I want to be Data."
Three out of four people in the car thought it was hilarious.
Scary.
